This video showing a cute Chihuahua screaming when his human mom arrives in her car is hilarious! I have a close friend who has a Chihuahua (named Elvis) that looks like this but he says Elvis has never behaved this way. Clearly this little dog loves its “mother” very much. Be sure to watch until the dog gets to the car in the garage.
